I believe it is common to existentially suffer from a perceived lack of meaning; waking up each day without subjective purpose.  An antidote is to find inspiration through adventure, opening up a sense of awe and surprise.  Another is to connect robustly with others in shared experience and contribution.  A third is in the expression of creativity, which can manifest with opportunities for personal growth.​​
